Help your customers find their perfect car, at the right price for you.
Whenever you need to show a customer more options, Showroom lets you add thousands of cars to your digital forecourt, with your margin already added to all prices.
This free service lets you show all our available stock to your customer, with your retail price displayed on screen and your credit details hidden, so you can browse the cars together to find the exact make and model they need.

How to use Showroom
Anyone at your dealership with an mfldirect profile can use Showroom but only people with manage dealership permissions can set the margins. Showroom will not work unless a margin has been set so if you are unable to do this yourself, please speak to your primary contact.
Set your margin
To set your margin just log in, go to your account details at the top of the homepage and click on Manage Account.
Scroll down to Showroom and choose how much margin you want to apply across all your stock. Then click Apply Margin and confirm your choice.
You can change your margins any time you want and, if you manage more than one site, you can set individual margins for each one by switching between dealerships and following the same process.
Switch on Showroom
It’s easy for anyone at your dealership with a mfldirect profile to use Showroom.
Whenever you need to show a customer more options, just log in, go to your account details at the top of the homepage and click on Manage Account.
Scroll down to Showroom and toggle on the Switch on Showroom button.
Your margin will be automatically applied to all onscreen prices, and your account and credit details will be hidden, along with all vehicle locations, and you are now ready to share your screen with your customer.
Shortlist the vehicle
Once you’ve found the vehicle your customer wants, just shortlist it so you can buy it when you switch Showroom off.
Switch Showroom off
When you have finished using showroom, just toggle off the Switch on Showroom button, and your account view will return to normal, with all your account and credit information visible again.
Buying your Showroom car
When you buy the vehicle, you’ll pay our trade price and can choose your Collection or Delivery options as normal.
You can't buy any cars while in Showroom, so make sure you have shortlisted the vehicle or you have taken note of the registration. You can then buy it yourself when you've switched Showroom off or pass the details to your dealership's buyer.
