Forgetting your password or username can be annoying, but now that everyone has their own username and password, other people at your dealership can still log in while you reset your password.
It doesn't matter if it's your password or your username - you can do it yourself, quickly and easily, without having to call in for help.
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, it's really easy to reset it.
- Click on the forgot password link in the logged out page
- Enter your username or email address and click Reset Password, to trigger the password reset
- Check your inbox for the password reset email.
If you can't see it, please check your spam folder. If there's nothing there, please try entering your username or email address again and clicking Reset Password.
If you are still experiencing issues, please call us on 0370 6000 288 and we'll help you. - Open the email and click on the Reset Password button. Please note, to keep your account secure, you only have 2 hours before the link expires
- Enter a new password, making sure that it contains:
- at least 8 characters
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 special character
and click the button to reset your password.
We will send you a confirmation email, but you can log in with your new password immediately.
