Set Up A Claims Account
Anybody needing to process claims for your business will need to be able to log in.
You can use your regular buying account to make a claim or, if you have colleagues who don’t buy vehicles, you can quickly and easily set up a limited user account.
A limited user account will give them access to be able to process your claims, but they can’t buy or change any account details, giving you the confidence that your account is safe.
